長水口密封碗主要功能：

長水口密封碗的使用部位為煉鋼連鑄上的長水口與鋼包下水口之間的鏈接部位，用來對長水口與鋼包下水口之間的鏈接部縫隙進行密封。從而使在開澆時，避免由于長水口與鋼包下水口之間的連接部縫隙而出現進空氣現象，保證鋼水的冶煉澆鑄。

The application area of elongated nozzle sealing bowl is used for the joint parts of continuous-casting elongated nozzle and ladle collect nozzle. The usage is to seal the nozzle gaps, so that to prevent the air into the ladle from the gaps while casting and ensure the scheduled production to run.

1、本公司生產的長水口密封碗屬無水系材料，且加入有特殊的添加劑，其施工后無收縮現象，而且材料本身具有良好的粘性，密封性好；

Elongated nozzle sealing bowl produced by our company, belongs to no-water system material and added with special additive. It has good properties such as no shrinkage after its operation, good adhesion and sealing performance of itself.

2、長水口密封碗高溫性能好，在開澆后高溫下不粉化、不粘附；

3、施工容易，操作簡單，高溫使用后與長水口、鋼包下水口能很好的分離。

二、  長水口密封碗使用說明：

Instructions for elongated nozzle sealing bowl

長水口密封碗在煉鋼開澆前使用，使用時從紙箱中拿出密封碗，擺放于長水口上，密封鋼包長水口與鋼包下水口接觸部位。

Elongated nozzle sealing bowl is used before casting process. Take out from the carton and place it on the elongated nozzle, to seal joint parts of elongated nozzle and ladle collect nozzle
